民航衛(wèi)星電視系統(tǒng)是利用同步軌道衛(wèi)星轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)器建立飛機(jī)與地面站之間的傳輸通道，并且由衛(wèi)星地面站提供衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)絡(luò)與地面網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)交換，可以提供衛(wèi)星電視直播業(yè)務(wù)以及推送式數(shù)據(jù)廣播服務(wù)。中國(guó)廣電部、中國(guó)民航局和中國(guó)國(guó)際航空股份有限公司對(duì)此項(xiàng)目予以了極大的關(guān)注和支持。
Based on the data exchange betweensatellite network and ground network through satellite ground station, China civilaviation satellite TV system takes use of synchronous orbit satellite transponderto establish transmission channel to provide in-flight TV program and data pushservice. CAAC and Air Chinagive their great interests and supports to this project.
2015年6月成都富凱啟動(dòng)了國(guó)航波音B777-200型飛機(jī)上衛(wèi)星電視系統(tǒng)的改裝方案設(shè)計(jì)工作以及衛(wèi)星電視接收設(shè)備取證工作。項(xiàng)目要求要保證該系統(tǒng)能夠在9月3日的紀(jì)念中國(guó)人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)暨世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利70周年閱兵這一具有重大意義的活動(dòng)時(shí)進(jìn)行電視節(jié)目直播。成都富凱克服了時(shí)間緊，任務(wù)重的困難，原計(jì)劃在8月底進(jìn)行的改裝施工提前到了8月18日。改裝施工完成之后，飛機(jī)進(jìn)行了地面功能測(cè)試及電磁干擾測(cè)試。最終的測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示衛(wèi)星電視系統(tǒng)功能正常，并且沒有對(duì)飛機(jī)上的系統(tǒng)造成干擾。隨后，成都富凱獲得了局方頒發(fā)的衛(wèi)星電視系統(tǒng)在B777系列飛機(jī)上改裝的重要改裝設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)書。
Chengdu Flacon kicked off this project inJune 2015. To watch the TV program live of Commemorating the 70 anniversary ofthe victory of Chinese people's Anti-Japanese war and the world anti-fascistwar in flight, Chengdu Falcon overcome the tightened schedule and heavyworkload to pull in the modification to August 18. And the function test and EMItest showed this modification has no impact to the aircraft. As a result,Chengdu Falcon successfully gained MDA issued by CAAC.
此項(xiàng)目的及時(shí)完成，再次展現(xiàn)了成都富凱高效專業(yè)的改裝設(shè)計(jì)和適航取證能力，標(biāo)志著富凱負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)上客艙WiFI娛樂系統(tǒng)涵蓋了地空寬帶通信系統(tǒng)和衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)通信系統(tǒng)兩大主流方式，也結(jié)束了中國(guó)民航客機(jī)上無法收看電視直播節(jié)目的歷史，同時(shí)也進(jìn)一步確立了國(guó)航在國(guó)內(nèi)民航業(yè)中機(jī)上網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)先地位。
The timely accomplishment of this projectpresents Chengdu Falcon’s high-efficiency and professional capability ofmodification deisgn and certification. It indicates Chengdu Falcon designedcabin Wifi system covering two main ways of both ATG and satellitecommunication. It also concludes the history of no in-flight TV program of China civilaviation. And it further strengthens Air China’sleading position in the airborne network development of China civil aviationas well.
